Easter Package & Live Music
With overnight stays in comfortable hotel rooms and a mountain breakfast included, everything is set for a fun and experience-filled Easter weekend. This is the perfect base for randonnée skiing, snowshoe hikes, and cross-country skiing—right in the middle of spectacular mountain scenery—and can be combined with afterski and great food here with us.
On Friday from 3:00 PM, enjoy live country music and afterski.
On Saturday, we host our traditional Easter team competitions for both adults and children, followed by afterski and an Easter buffet.

Treat yourselves to a stay in peaceful surroundings and use our large, well-equipped apartments as your base. Enjoy snowshoe hikes around the mountains, explore a true ice-climbing paradise in the area, relax in our TV lounge with games and a fireplace, or take a day trip to Aurland/Flåm to try a winter fjord safari, visit the Viking Village, or head to Stegastein to take in the views.
Our apartments feature 3 bedrooms, accommodating 6–8 guests, and offer the best views over Østerbø.

Luxury Summer Hiking Package · 2 nights

Our hotel rooms include private shower/toilet, TV, desk, kettle, and of course made-up beds and towels. Treat yourself to your own room and avoid waiting in line for the shower. With Østerbø Fjellstove as your base, you can hike the Geiteryggen–Østerbø section one day and Østerbø–Vassbygdi the next. Alternatively, you may choose to walk just one of the stages and then enjoy a relaxing evening at the hotel, or explore one of the many other hiking options in the area. Interested in a summit hike? Just ask at reception—there are plenty of great routes around Østerbø.

Our apartments have 3 bedrooms and accommodate 6–8 people, offering the best views over Østerbø. This is perfect for groups of friends or for those who want to stay in calm, scenic surroundings with easy access to destinations such as Aurland and Flåm.

Standard Hiking Package | 2 nights

Bring your own sleeping bag or liner and stay for 2 nights in our most affordable rooms. Hike the entire Aurlandsdalen valley over two days with only a daypack on your back, or explore many of the other great hiking routes in the area.
If you need transport to/from Steinbergdalen or Geiteryggen, this can be booked in advance or at reception upon check-in for an additional fee.
The package includes:
2 nights in our Mountain Lodge rooms
Private room with Swan-certified mattresses and washbasin in the room
Breakfast buffet both days
Packed lunch and filled thermos both days
3-course dinner / self-serve buffet both evenings
Free access to showers and sauna
1 × transport per person between Østerbø and Vassbygdi (or vice versa)
The package includes:
2 nights at Steinbergdalshytta including full board
Luggage transport from Steinbergdalshytta to Østerbø Fjellstove
1 night in an Østerbø Fjellstove room including full board
Upgrade to a hotel room is possible for an additional charge, subject to availability
Luggage transport from Østerbø Fjellstove to Vassbygdi
During periods when there is no bus service, we offer transport between Steinbergdalshytta, Geiteryggen, Østerbø Fjellstove, and Vassbygdi.

An invoice for a 10% deposit of the total price will be sent in a separate email. Once the deposit is paid, the booking is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at Steinbergdalshytta.
