Full-Time Position – Cleaning Supervisor

Working hours: 07:00–15:00 / 08:00–16:00
Weekends: Every second weekend off
Accommodation: Not included – own accommodation required. A room may be offered during the initial period.
Driver’s licence: Required – own car necessary

About the Position

We are looking for a structured and reliable Cleaning Supervisor for a permanent position or a minimum 1-year commitment. You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of our common areas, guest rooms, cabins, apartments and sanitary facilities when open. Responsibilities also include managing the laundry room, coordinating with reception, ordering bed linen, planning and carrying out periodic/deep cleaning, as well as training and supervising seasonal cleaning staff. The work is physically demanding. We are looking for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, cooperative and patient, particularly when training and supporting new and seasonal employees. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
